Job title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Coimbatore - Work from Office

Shift: Night shift (Mon-Fri)

Employment type: Full-time

Key responsibilities

Source IT resumes through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals).

Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and US work authorization (C2C, W2, 1099, GC, USC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).

Coordinate end?to?end recruitment life cycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and closure.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring US requirements.

Maintain daily/weekly submission, interview, and joining trackers and share reports with manager.

Required skills and qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing.

Strong understanding of IT skills and ability to read JD and match profiles.

Good knowledge of US tax terms, visa types, and time zones.

Excellent verbal and written English communication and strong negotiation skills.

Willingness to work in permanent night shift from Coimbatore office.

Experience working with US implementation partners / direct clients.

Hands?on experience with any ATS and major US job portals.

Proven track record of achieving submission, interview, and joining targets.

NOTE: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS MANDATORY.
