We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape in the United States, with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.
? Location: Noida, India & Bangalore
? Work Mode: Remote
? Role: US IT Recruiter
Shift Timing:- Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
What You'll Do:
Understand client requirements and job descriptions
Conduct initial candidate assessments via calls/emails
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Learn and adapt to US recruitment processes and tools
? Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions
? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
? Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
? Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent
? Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
What We're Looking For:
? Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in recruitment
? Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
? Willingness to work in night shift
? Ability to work independently in a remote setting
? Knowledge of current technology trends and roles in the market
