o Source and screen potential candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms. o Understand and analyze job requirements shared by clients and hiring managers. o Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit. o Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. o Negotiate salaries and close candidates. o Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). o Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. o Stay up to date with market trends and latest technologies in the IT domain.
