Key Responsibilities
Identify and market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, and US Citizens) to clients and vendors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
Understand consultant skillsets and effectively present them for suitable job requirements.
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
Track, follow up, and ensure timely submission of consultants for open requirements.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement confirmations.
Maintain an updated database of submissions, interviews, and placement status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
Strong knowledge of various employment types:
W2, 1099, C2C
, etc.
Good understanding of IT technologies and domains.
Experience working with
and vendor networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of submitting quality profiles and achieving consistent placements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing consultants with niche skills.
Existing vendor/client relationships and strong professional network.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultant pipelines simultaneously.
