Overall Education and Experience requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields with 1-2 years of experience in US IT bench sales Ideal candidate should have knowledge of one or more computer programming languages like Java, .NET and IT Infrastructure/Network Service tools etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience marketing IT Professionals Must be a competitive high achiever and be persistent in efforts Must be willing to meet and exceed sales goals Prospective bench sales recruiters will support our company's efforts to place bench candidates for multiple clients nationwide in the US

Core Competencies:

Looking for US IT Bench Sales Recruiters who must have broad overall knowledge of US IT staffing technical terminology and proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Clients. Must have 1-2 years of experience in bench sales for US staffing Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with limited supervision. Must have experience in Marketing H1B, OPT, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens. Ability to communicate via phone and email with prime vendors/client's recruiters and build long term relationships Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovative search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn and other Job sites. Experienced sourcing requirements through a variety of job boards/portals. Proven people relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism Excellent cold-calling skills Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask. Must have a positive attitude, openness to learn new tools/technologies and ability to remain calm under pressure
