Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and US Citizens) and an excellent understanding of the US job market.

Key Responsibilities:Proactively market bench consultants to Tier 1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.

Maintain strong relationships with consultants and guide them throughout the job search process.Regularly interact with clients/vendors to get requirements and submit matching profiles.Negotiate rates and close deals effectively.

Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quick placement of consultants.

Maintain and update candidate database and keep track of submittals and interviews.

Post resumes on job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage consultant profiles effectively.

Requirements:2-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruiting.Strong knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.

Must be willing to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Existing vendor/client network is a strong plus.Experience working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
