Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in US IT bench sales or recruitment, with a strong track record of placing OPT candidates.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate candidate value propositions and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors.
Established relationships with prime vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners in the US IT staffing industry.
In-depth understanding of the end-to-end bench sales process, including sourcing, submission, negotiation, and placement.
Strong knowledge of US work visa types, particularly OPT, H1B, CPT, GC, and USC, with experience navigating immigration policies and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and candidate management.
