- Developing corporate account relationships
- Presenting consultants
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts
- Negotiating rates with vendors
- Managing long-term relations with vendors
- Finding, qualifying, and scheduling interviews
- Checking with consultants about job requirements
- Suggesting modifications to improve placement chances
- Communicating with consultants daily
- Arranging interviews with tier one vendors or end clients
- Identifying and sourcing potential IT candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking sites
- Handling the full cycle of bench sales recruitment
- Having knowledge of OPT / CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card, and US citizens
- Managing long-term relations with vendors
