We are seeking an experienced and motivated US Bench Sales Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience
in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor networking skills, hands-on
experience marketing consultants, and the ability to close positions quickly. This role requires excellent
communication, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench candidates (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, etc.) to vendors and clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, clients, and staffing partners
Submit qualified profiles for open requirements and follow up aggressively
Coordinate rate negotiations, interview scheduling, and placement closures
Maintain an updated database of bench consultants and job pipelines
Track submissions, interviews, and placements using CRM or ATS tools
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
Identify new vendors, clients, and staffing opportunities to maximize placements
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in US Bench Sales or US staffing
Strong understanding of US recruitment, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa categories
Experience working with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple candidates and job submissions simultaneously
Ability to work US shift timings
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Preferred Skills
Strong vendor network and experience interacting with implementation partners
Proven track record of placing bench consultants
CRM/ATS experience (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn)
High-energy, target-driven, and goal-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
