International Customer Service Advisor

for a

voice process

position for

Commerzone IT Park, Yerwada, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages. Resolving customer queries and requests and manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions for review and follow-up. Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries. Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service. Respond to customer inquiries via Voice with clear communication Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses Flexibility to work in US rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs) Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates Excellent communication skills in English

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

18 months+ Experienced candidates can apply

Prior experience with

US international customer support

is

mandatory

. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets. Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.

Strong written and

must be located in pune

or willing to relocate at their own expense.

U1 Experience ( 6 mths to 17 mths) 4LPA

U2 Experience ( 18 mths and above) 5 LPA

Shift and Allowances

5 Days working,

2 days' rotational week off-

US rotational Graveyard shifts, split week off.

9.5 Hours shift (including 1 hr break).

Both side cab service

if address is covered in our transport boundary (500 INR Per Month from salary, 200 INR Professional Tax from salary)

Age Limit - 40 Yrs

old max Login Window is

11:30PM TO 5:30AM

During daylight saving, Normally

12:30AM to 6:30AM
