Global Intake Specialist
, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls. Your role will involve understanding client needs, gathering essential case information, and ensuring a smooth intake process while complying with company and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients courteously and professionally.
Conduct thorough intake interviews to collect client and case information, including personal details and relevant documentation.
Accurately enter all information into the firm's case management system.
Ask precise, targeted questions to ensure information is complete and accurate.
Assess case eligibility according to company criteria and refer qualified leads to legal teams.
Maintain knowledge of various case types (e.g., personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice).
Manage sensitive and emotionally charged conversations with empathy and discretion.
Follow established scripts and legal intake procedures to ensure compliance.
Provide accurate information about the firm's services without offering legal advice.
Achieve or exceed performance goals for call volume, accuracy, and quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process (mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to manage high-volume client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Prior experience in customer service, legal intake, or call center operations is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
