We are hiring US Immigration Consultant for Avtech Software Services India Pvt Ltd Designation: US Immigration Consultant Experience: 3-6 Years :

• Need to be involved in end-to-end US immigration processes for employees.
• CAP H1- B, H-1B Amendment, H-1B Extension, H-1B Transfer, and H4 Visa
• Reviewing the H-1B, I-140, and PERM drafts.
• Communicate with employees about immigration issues and resolve queries
• Contacting USCIS for information on visa approval delays
• Keep Public Access Files up to date (PAF)
• Maintain knowledge of changes and updates in visa policies
• Prepare Visa files in coordination with Sales Team, Clients, and follow clear approval channels to execute visa filing process
• Maintain spreadsheets/trackers and ensure they are up to date with relevant information
• Oversee incoming invoices for Global Mobility Department
• Support the Global Mobility Operations and Resourcing Team with reporting and overall support in managing assignments, documents, checklists, important dates, etc.
• Weekly Meetings with Global Mobility Resourcing Team
• DS-160, visa appointment booking and pre orientation preparation for the consulate interview.
• Help Employees on Visa Stamping documentation.
• Prepare Itinerary for employment offer letters.
• Knowledge of GC processing will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions: This position to support USA employees overnight support required. Willing to Work in US Shifts. Please Note: Only Candidates from the same industry experience background will be considered. Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent education and experience is desired
• 1-2 years in an HR and/or Global Mobility related experience

Additional information:

• Good written and oral communication in English is a must.
• Should be a self-starter with ability to carry out tasks independently with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Should be smart enough to carry out research on the process and requirements and keep track of ever-changing nature of immigration.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9250,000.00 - 9700,000.00 per month Benefits:
