Clarifying employee's quarries about the HR policies. Should have experience in the process to make others understand and keep engaging throughout the process. Drafting, Vetting & Reviewing of Agreements (Agreements & Work Order's like MSA, NDA, NCA, Addendum's, Referral Fee, 1099, Supplier, Extensions, Terminations, Purchase Orders / Statement of Work, Exhibit A/B/C, Work Schedules, Rate Increase & Decrease and state registrations). Reviewing the Agreements and Work Orders before and after Countersign. Providing Offer / Experience letters to our W2 Consultants. Uploading all the documents in the internal portal. Handling employee related grievances /disputes and resolving them as earlier. Managing leaves and attendance records of all the employees. Should have basic hands-on experience on HRMS Tools. Closely monitor on performance, logins and disciplinary activities of all the employees.
