. The role includes managing inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Requirements:



Excellent English communication (C1 level preferred) Minimum

1 year of international voice experience

Experience in

healthcare

pharma process advantage

Comfortable with rotational shifts
