US Healthcare Sales Representative - Vadodara Location: - Vadodara (US shift) We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to healthcare providers, such as hospitals, clinics, and other facilities. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue and build strong relationships with clients. Roles and Responsibilities: . Identify and target potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, administrators and other key decision-makers . Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences and competition . Present and demonstrate our healthcare services to clients, highlighting benefits and value proposition . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up . Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials and campaigns . Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms of sales agreements to maximize revenue and profitability. . Provide support to clients, including conducting presentations and addressing customer inquiries . Utilize sales and CRM software to track leads, manage customer accounts and generate reports on sales activities and performance . Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team\'s success Qualifications and Skills: . Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing or a related field . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively . Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations . Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite . Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment . Adaptability and willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and industry-related information .
