US Healthcare Sales required

Experience:

8-10 years experience in US Healthcare Sales

, preferably in services.

Shift Timings:

5.00 pm to 2.00 am IST

Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development:

Prospect and identify potential clients (hospitals, clinics, doctor's practices) in the US healthcare market. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Present and demonstrate RCM solutions and services, highlighting their value to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Understand client-specific RCM challenges and tailor solutions accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers on best practices in RCM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Market Expertise:

Stay informed about the evolving US healthcare landscape, regulations, and payer policies. Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications



Education & Experience:

A bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors. Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and its financial processes is highly desirable.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including claim submission, denials management, coding, and patient billing. Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

Key Skills & Knowledge Areas



Revenue Cycle Management (RCM):

Deep understanding of patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, claim submission, denial management, and collections.

US Healthcare Regulations:

Awareness of compliance requirements, payer rules, and the impact of regulations on RCM processes.

Sales & Client Management:

Demonstrated ability to prospect, sell, and manage client relationships to achieve business growth.

Technology:

Familiarity with healthcare billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
