We are currently hiring for U.S. Healthcare Recruiter for our office in Noida.


? Experience required- fresher to 6 months


? Location: Sector 62, Noida (Onsite)


? Timing: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM (Night Shift)


Roles and Responsibilities-


? Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements,


Headhunting, and Networking & Employee Referrals.


? Responsible for preliminary interview


? Negotiating compensation to close a candidate.


? Submit qualified candidates to opened job requirements


? Establish long-term relationships with candidates


Job Qualifications-


? Fresher to 6 months of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across


U.S. Healthcare Recruitment.


? Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must) & average and below will not work


? Keen learner


? Willing to work in tight deadlines.


? Comfortable with working under pressure


? Any bachelor degree
