\xc2\xb7 Review the , understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement to be delivered. \xc2\xb7 Experienced in Requirement qualification, sourcing candidates using multiple channels like Existing Internal Resume Databases, job portals like Monster, Dice, Career-builder, Linked-In, Tech-fetch, etc.... \xc2\xb7 Create detailed Identify strong candidates via various sources of job postings, social media campaigns, networking, and phone calls. \xc2\xb7 Reviews, Reformat and presents resumes meeting client Expectation for further scrutiny or consideration. \xc2\xb7 Identifying right fit through Resume Evaluation, Phone screening and interviewing potential or prospective candidates for contract administering the test to Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb921,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
