Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Healthcare Recruiter

to join our talent acquisition team in Gachhibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across healthcare domains, including nursing, allied health, and clinical/non-clinical roles. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and networking channels. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess clinical expertise, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients. Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATS. Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards, credentialing, and documentation requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Meet or exceed hiring targets, timelines, and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (nursing, allied health, or healthcare IT preferred). Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and hiring workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills

Experience working with US healthcare staffing or hospital clients. Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals. Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills. Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing processes.
