1.Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for US healthcare roles.
2.Conducting initial screenings and phone interviews.
3.Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4.Negotiating salary offers and managing the hiring process.
5.Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
6.Maintaining accurate records and reporting data.
