The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting Providers, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Licensed Social Workers (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for full-time and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Pipelines:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for healthcare roles. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-demand positions in US healthcare. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards for healthcare recruitment.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US labor laws and healthcare regulations. Verify credentials and licenses of candidates as required for their respective roles.
Onboarding:
Support seamless onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the organization. Coordinate with HR and other teams to manage documentation and training schedules.
Data-Driven Approach:
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate) and identify areas for improvement. Use analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and meet hiring targets.
Market Research:
Stay updated on trends in US healthcare recruitment, including salary benchmarks and skill demand.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in US healthcare recruitment, with a strong focus on Providers, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and behavioral health roles (e.g., RBT, BCBA, LSW, LPC, LCPC).
Skills:
Expert in sourcing, pipelining, and hiring strategies. Proficient in leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools. Strong understanding of US healthcare certifications, licenses, and job market dynamics. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
