Junior Recruiter

to join our dynamic team in

who is eager to grow in the U.S. healthcare recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

Assist in sourcing healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Therapists, Psychologists, and Social Workers for U.S. healthcare facilities.

Initial Screening:

Conduct basic screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.

Database Management:

Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support Senior Recruiters:

Work closely with senior recruiters to manage the recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Candidate Coordination:

Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Compliance Awareness:

Learn and assist in ensuring that candidates meet basic U.S. healthcare licensure and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Experience:

3 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in U.S. healthcare or high-volume hiring.

Tools & Techniques:

Familiarity with ATS platforms, Boolean search basics, and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, etc.).

Industry Knowledge:

Basic understanding of the U.S. healthcare staffing process is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Strong English communication skills--both verbal and written.

Team Player:

Willingness to learn from seniors, take feedback, and contribute to team goals.
