Talent Acquisition

End-to-end recruitment for different roles in the United States, India and other locations

Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques

Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role

Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates

Advertise open positions to external networks

Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals

Maintain organized databases with candidates\xe2\x80\x99 data

Attend job fairs and organize career events

Keep in touch with past applicants

Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles

HR Generalist

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels

Other Tasks

Participate in Client meetings and business reviews

Requirement

Available to work with a 4 hours overlap to US business hours

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field

Above average English communication skills both written and oral

Score on an acceptable level on the Neolytix\xe2\x80\x99s Recruiter exam

At least 1 years of recruitment experience

At least 1 years of experience in hiring in India

Preferably with BPO/Off-shore experience

No job hoppers- at least two years on the job

Schooling from large city high school, Convent or private

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a tier-B university

Post-graduate MBA in HR in a reputable institute
