Job Role-

Healthcare Recruitment (Freshers)

Designation-

Management Trainee

Shift-

US Shift (7:30 PM IST to 4:30AM IST )

5 Days working model (Saturday and Sunday off)

Location -

Indore

CTC -

2,72,3 lpa

Roles & responsibilities -

understand the Job description given by the client for requirement Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates Make sure that the potential employees have necessary skills to meet client needs search potential candidates from Job boards ( Career Builder / Monster/ LinkedIn etc. ) Screen resumes and checks their fitment for the given requirement (over call ) submit the candidate details & resume to the client for further process Set up interviews between the Client and the potential candidate If selected deploy them to the client location

Qualifications-

Must be at least graduated (Any Bachelor's Degree). Must have Excellent English Communication Skills. Willing to work in Mid Shift
