Job Description
:
Roles & Responsibility's:
- Understand client requirements related to their Healthcare/Pharmaceutical needs and
- deliver qualified consultants.
- Source and screen potential candidates for contract/ permanent openings.
- Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that all prioritized requirements are worked upon,
- and timely submissions are made.
- Establish relationships with consultants in specified regions.
- Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on client's process.
- Negotiate compensation, communicate offers, facilitate the placement of candidates,
- and
- solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
- Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
- Meet or exceed weekly goal/target expectations.
- Will be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording
- different stages in recruitment process.
