Healthcare Recruiter

Position Details


Location: New Delhi
Salary: Up to 7 LPA + Incentives
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, US shifts (night shifts)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in US healthcare recruitment is required

Key Responsibilities



Source and attract healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews and manage the onboarding process for new hires Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate documentation in ATS/HR systems Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy to attract top talent

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 1 year of proven experience in US healthcare recruitment Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office (Excel functions preferred) Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
