*US Staffing - Healthcare Recruiter
*Location : Ahmedabad
*Shift : Nights | 7.30 PM to 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
*Salary - depends upon the interview and experience
Responsibilities:
*Recruitment Experience in the US Region for Travel Nurses, Registered Nurses, LPN, LVN.
*Excellent verbal Communication skills
*Responsible for the full cycle of the Healthcare recruiting process, ensuring efficient client delivery.
*Source candidates from the internal database, different job boards-CareerBuilder/monster, LinkedIn & Facebook posting jobs online and referrals.
*Has Knowledge of Compact State, Single state License for RN, Understands Skills Checklist required by Nurses.
*Capable of Formatting resume for Nurses and adding compliance documents like BLS, RN license, Skills Checklists, Vaccination Card, Reference Check
Screen the candidates to ensure that the candidate is right for respected req., negotiate rates, and submit resumes to the manager.
Prefer Someone who understands Per Diem / Stipend calculations for Travel Nurses Eligibility :
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* 2-3 years Experience in Healthcare and IT for US Region Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
