Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
Provide accurate information on eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
Document interactions while maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
Resolve queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Stay updated with policy/system changes and achieve quality & productivity targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Customer service-oriented with polished soft skills.
Basic knowledge of email etiquette & business writing.
Open to Work From Office and Night Shifts.
Fresher/Experienced candidates welcome (BPO background preferred).
