We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our US Customer Support team. You'll be responsible for assisting US-based customers through calls, emails, or chats -- ensuring quick resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats professionally. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues. Deliver excellent service and maintain quality standards in communication.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to work in

night shifts (US time zone).

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Strong problem-solving attitude and patience in handling customer concerns. Freshers with good communication are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
