We are seeking an experienced

US Freight Broker

with strong sales skills to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the US trucking and logistics industry, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with shippers and carriers across the US market. Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable deals. Coordinate shipment details between shippers and carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Track loads and provide regular updates to customers. Maintain records of transactions, contracts, and negotiations. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a US Freight Broker (mandatory). Proven track record in

sales and business development

. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work night shifts (US time zone). Knowledge of freight market trends and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
