: - Sales Executive & Dispatcher (US Transport & Logistics). Utilizing a high energy approach, the agent will clearly identify current customer needs for our service and how they can benefit from partnering with Logistics in USA on every shipment. Providing excellent customer service is essential in this position. Duties and Responsibilities: Deal with a high-volume outbound phone call. Maintain relationships with Carriers and Brokers. Provide exceptional customer service to Brokers and Carriers. Solve Broker and Carrier problems and help resolve issues. Provide shipment quotes for Carriers and set up shipments as required by Brokers. Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to. Job Requirements: High quality written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment. Accurate and able to produce quality work. Problem solver. Good team player. Show respect toward others with cultural di?erences. Quality decision making. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Track record of over-achieving quota. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to di?erent types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time e?ective. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Qualifications: - Minimum High School Diploma required. Previous Sales or Customer Service experience required for at least 2 Year. Logistics experience preferred. CTC: - 1.8 Lakhs to 4.8 Lakhs INR Incentive: - Up to 25K per month.
