Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior US Dispatch Executive to join our team in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and dispatch within the US market. As a Dispatch Executive, you will ensure seamless coordination and management of dispatch operations.
Title - US Process Associate
Location - Chandigarh IT Park
Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility
Salary - Up to max 35K CTC + Night Allowance + 4-5k Incentives
Qualifications and Skills

• Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to deliver exceptional service and build positive client relationships.
• US Logistics (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing logistics operations within the United States.
• US Dispatch (Mandatory skill): Expertise in coordinating and executing dispatch tasks effectively.
• Logistics Management: Competency in overseeing logistics processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Shipping Regulations: Understanding of international and US-specific shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
• Data Entry: Proficient in accurate data entry with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• International Process: Experience working within international logistics processes, ensuring adherence to global standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the dispatch operations, ensuring efficient logistics and transportation management.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to shipping schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies to minimize risks and delays.
• Monitor dispatch processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry for dispatch and logistics operations.
• Work with international teams to facilitate seamless logistics and dispatch across borders.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the dispatch department.
