Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Debt Collection Executive

to join our U.S. Collections team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

U.S. third-party or first-party collections

, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with customers to recover outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers in the U.S. via phone and/or email to collect overdue payments. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within company and client guidelines. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in CRM systems. Ensure compliance with

FDCPA

(Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and client policies. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Work closely with the collections manager and team leads to meet daily and monthly targets. Skip tracing and account research when necessary to locate debtors. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
