Role & responsibilities :
- Preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns and work papers ready for an audit review.
- Preparation of estimate and extension work papers and forms for both federal and state income/franchise tax returns.
- Support the US tax team in responding to any notices received on federal or state.
- Preparation of from 1120 is mandatory.
- Tax Accounting - reconciliations and yearly provisions
- General Skill Requirements Good oral & written communication
- Learning agility Good Team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
