Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, IRS, and other affordable housing program requirements, staying updated on regulatory changes.
Review and verify resident applications, certifications, and recertifications for eligibility, including income, assets, and household composition.
Conduct file audits, income verifications, and rent calculations to maintain program compliance.
Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to state and federal agencies.
Communicate program updates to the management team and implement necessary changes.
