US Collections Process

Experience- 6 months to 1 year of experience into International retentions or sales or collections process (US collections/sales experience preferred)

NOTE: Kindly dont apply if you do not have relevant experience in US process. Candidates with domestic process must not apply for the same

Location- Turbhe, Vashi, Powai, Thane, Mira bhayandar

Salary

: 40k+ Unlimited Incentives

Shift timings- Fixed night shift and fixed Weekends off

5 days working, any one sat in a month will be half day working

Qualifications

SSC/HSC/Graduate

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to handle diverse customer interactions

Experience in US collections or related roles (US 1st Party collections or 3rd party collections).

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
