Role - U.S Collections in International BPO Responsibilities - Developing payment plans, locating debtors (US Customers) in order to begin the recovery process, and negotiating debt payments. To negotiate payment settlements on recoverable debt. U.S Collections Required Candidate profile - Minimum 1 year of International BPO - Collections/Retentions experience mandatory in 3rd Party Collections Process.
