1. Conduct phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
2. Determine if candidate is moving forward to the next step in the hiring process.
3. Update candidate steps in the appropriate recruitment systems.
4. Schedule successful candidates for next level interviews.
5. Follow-up with candidates via phone, text & email.
6. Answer incoming calls from candidates and provide requested information or assist them as necessary.
7. Demonstrate the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions
8. Create job postings for positions on external sites, as requested.
9. Source candidates from internet or job boards, as requested.
