Key Responsibilities

Handle international customer interactions via

voice calls and chat

Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and services Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when required Adhere to company policies and service standards

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply

Communication:

Excellent spoken and written English

Experience:

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates Willingness to work

night shifts

with a rotational week off

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

Up to ₹33,000 CTC per month

Cab Facility:

Available for female employees during night shifts Exposure to

international clients
