We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
U.S. Caller
to join our Sales Outreach Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in the U.S. market, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the U.S. market to introduce our services.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points.
Set up appointments for the sales team by effectively pitching our offerings.
Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships to drive engagement.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information to potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a similar role targeting the U.S. market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasive skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
Ability to handle rejections and work towards achieving targets.
Willingness to work in U.S. time zones (night shifts).
Experience in the
AEC/BIM industry
is a plus but not mandatory.
