Build and maintain relationships with
consultants on the bench
by understanding their skills, preferences, and career goals.
Work on
contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
from various job boards, portals, and networking platforms.
Negotiate
best rates and terms
with vendors and clients, ensuring consultant satisfaction.
Regularly update candidates on job market trends and opportunities.
Utilize
(H1B transfers, OPT extensions, etc.) and maintain proper documentation.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly
placement targets and revenue goals

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of proven experience
in
US Bench Sales Recruiting
.
Strong knowledge of
US recruitment, visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD)
, and IT technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in using
job portals, ATS, and social media
for recruitment.
Ability to work
US EST/CST/PST time zones (night shifts in India)

Strong networking skills with ability to build lasting professional relationships.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
