Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development
Identify and evaluate new international markets for expansion.
Conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior, competitors, and regulations.
Develop entry strategies tailored to each region.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas partners.
Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales Execution
Achieve sales targets by promoting products/services globally.
Customize sales pitches and presentations to suit cultural and regional preferences.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and after-sales support.
4. Cross-Border Coordination
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and supply chain management.
Work with finance teams on international payment terms, currency exchange, and credit risks.
Ensure compliance with export/import regulations, trade laws, and documentation.
5. Reporting & Strategy
Track sales performance across regions and report to management.
Provide insights on global market trends and competitor activities.
Suggest product adaptations or marketing strategies for specific countries.
