Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Customer Collections Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in US collections, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of recovering outstanding dues while maintaining positive customer relationships. This is a night shift role, aligned to US time zones.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers in the US to collect outstanding payments on past-due accounts.Review and analyze accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.Maintain accurate records of collection efforts in the CRM or collections system.Handle customer objections, disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements professionally.Collaborate with internal teams (finance, billing, support) to resolve customer queries.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and KPIs.Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines related to US collections (FDCPA, etc.).Required Skills and Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline.3 to 5 years of experience in US customer collections.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Experience working with collections software and CRM tools.Good negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work night shifts.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B or healthcare collections is a plus.Knowledge of FDCPA or similar US collection regulations.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary up to 8 LPANight shift allowancePerformance-based incentivesHealth insuranceOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced, international environment
