Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and online sessions for US university admissions.
Counsel students on courses, universities, eligibility, and application processes.
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless application processing and student satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a
night shift
environment.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
