Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

US Admission Counselor

to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will guide and assist prospective students in the admission process for international programs, primarily targeting the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students on available courses and admission procedures. Provide detailed information about programs, universities, and career opportunities. Assist students throughout the entire admission cycle--from initial inquiry to enrollment. Maintain accurate student data and follow up regularly to ensure high conversion rates. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for student enrollments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

(mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and counseling skills. Comfortable working in a

night shift

environment (US time zone). Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
