Core Bookkeeping & Accounting

Strong knowledge of

US GAAP basics

.

Journal Entries

- recording daily transactions accurately.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

management.

Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations

.

General Ledger (GL) Maintenance

.

Fixed Assets & Depreciation Accounting

.

Payroll Accounting

(processing, posting payroll entries, benefits, 401k deductions).

Month-End/Quarter-End Closing

activities.

Tax & Compliance

Basic understanding of

US Federal & State Taxes

(sales/use tax, payroll tax, W-9/W-2/1099 compliance). Familiarity with

IRS rules

for small to mid-size businesses.

Software Proficiency

QuickBooks Online/Desktop

(mandatory for US bookkeeping roles). Other tools:

Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday

(depending on company).

MS Excel (Advanced)

- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations, reports.

Process & Documentation

Invoice Processing

and vendor management.

Expense Tracking & Reporting

.

Maintaining financial records

in compliance with US standards. Preparing

P&L Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
