About us:

Solino Home, a vibrant home decor company committed to elevating homes' aesthetics, is in search of an US Accounts Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards and regulations for our companies. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the companys sales and use tax position. Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations as needed. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, collections, and other reports. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Act as a liaison with tax authorities, external auditors, and consultants on matters related to sales tax. Identify opportunities for tax savings and process improvements while mitigating potential tax risks. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
