We are hiring a FinOps Assistant Manager / Team Lead to manage offshore US accounting delivery.
Mandatory Responsibilities
Perform and oversee core US accounting (R2R) activities
Maintain GL, journals, reconciliations, and month-end close
Handle Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliations (BRS)
Prepare, review, and finalize US GAAP financial statements
Work on Inventory accounting, Revenue & Deferred Revenue
Lead client calls, reviews, and daily coordination with US clients
Act as SME and escalation point for accounting issues
Manage and guide a small offshore team while remaining hands-on
Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and timelines
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
7-8 years of experience in US Accounting
Prior experience as FinOps Assistant Manager or Team Lead
Strong R2R ownership with month-end close exposure
Hands-on experience with Restaurant365 (R365)
Experience in
Restaurant / Retail accounting
Strong knowledge of
US GAAP
Proven experience working with US clients in night shifts
Excellent communication skills (this is
client-facing)
Strong experience in financial statement preparation & review
