Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
processes
Prepare and manage
customer invoicing and billing
Perform
daily bookkeeping entries
, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
Follow up on
outstanding receivables and vendor payments
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls
Assist in month-end closing and basic reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
Key Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in USA accounting
Strong working knowledge of
AP, AR, invoicing, and bookkeeping
Good
communication skills in English
(written and verbal)
Proficient in
email drafting and professional correspondence
Comfortable working with accounting software and MS Excel
Detail-oriented with good time management skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with US accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, etc.)
Basic understanding of US accounting practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
