Summary
Are you a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in US Accounting? We are seeking a driven professional with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in US accounting practices. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about financial management, compliance, and cross-border accounting solutions.

Work Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune (Hybrid model available based on role and requirements).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage US accounting operations including journal entries, year-end accounting, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Assist with tax preparations and filings for US entities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards applicable to US operations.
• Provide support during audits and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks while implementing financial best practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in US accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and other regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on collaborative projects.
• Advanced understanding of financial reconciliations and reporting techniques.
• Prior experience working with global clients or MNCs is an advantage.
